We interviewed Kat from a SaveAKat.com a website that was set up to help Kat get out of debt. In the interview she addresses hot to get out of and how to avoid debt. She also talks about her charitable causes along with some of the interesting gifts she received. Some of our viewers were concerned with the spamming practices used on Craigslist, which she also addresses. Enjoy!

slow news year? how about an expose on the dangers of sharp objects while you're at it. this loser is an internet beggar, that's all, plain and simple. as though we do not have enough of this in front of starbucks, now we can get it online too. great job in promoting this sort of crap. a quick read of her website will show quite a few inconsistencies as well - clearly lying. what ever happened to being accountable for your own actions.

So what if I am a liar and a scoundrel. People LOVE me and I'm not hurting anyone....so just let me be. And to hell with craigslist, myspace and yahoo messages boards if they're not accepting of me. They are more concerned with their other users being bothered by my spam. Not my problem.
i do not see where the original poster ever said that you were, as you put it, "lying". Those are your own quotes, and you own assumptions. i have not read your website thouroughly myself, but now i might take another look as your tone makes me wonder if the original poster is not on to something. FYI, you might want to look up words you do not understand. Maybe someone can send you a dictionary. i do however agree that this seems to be a form of solictitation.
I've known Kat for 7 years now and she is a sweet girl. Unfortunately she does have problems moving on in life but most people do when they're young. She's trying to right her ship and change her path in life, you can't fault her for that. Let's not hammer her for asking for help, most people ask for assistance at least once in their life, she just took it an extra step and went online with her request. If your offended by her request, dont waste your time by posting a negative comment, Your just helping her cause by giving her more attention. If you do support her visit her page and see what her story is. If your need clarifications then email her. Anyways, there is no reason for people to be jerks online. Get a life.
Good to know that she has friends. Help your friend out so that she doesn't have to bother strangers with her financial problems.

Wow. That's nice. Anyway, I've actually looked at her website and from what I can tell, this young lady is looking for encouragement more than money, which she gets with people emailing her saying they have "been there--hang in there." That's just my take on it....from what I can gather from her personality.
Nope. This young lady posted thousands of ads on craigslist and contacted thousands of people on myspace asking for donations. She's not just looking for encouragement but justification for her actions.
